Brazilian bikini diet is one of the most popular “quick” diets and it provides an express weight loss even for 10 kg in 2 weeks! This diet exists in 2 versions, super-fast and regular. We decided to present here a regular variant. So let’s go with “regular” Brazilian bikini diet:
This variant of the Brazilian bikini diet lasts one month and you can lose up to 12 kg per month. Meals are 4-5 times a day and basic foods are mostly vegetables and fruits.
Brazilian bikini diet – seven-day menu:
Day 1
Breakfast: 1 orange, 1 banana and 1 cup of orange juice.
Snack: 1 glass of orange juice and 1 piece of toast.
Lunch: 100 grams of boiled fish, 100 grams of salad of raw vegetables.
Dinner: – same as for lunch
Before going to bed: 1 cup of orange juice, 1 small piece of toast.
Snack: 1 glass of orange juice and 1 piece of toast.
Lunch: 100 grams of boiled fish, 100 grams of salad of raw vegetables.
Dinner: – same as for lunch
Before going to bed: 1 cup of orange juice, 1 small piece of toast.
Day 2
Breakfast: 1 soft-boiled egg, 1 cup of apple juice.
Snack: 1 small piece of toast, 1 cup of apple juice.
Lunch: 100 grams of cooked meat, 2 boiled potatoes, 4 lettuce leaves
Dinner: 200 grams of boiled fish, 1 hard-boiled eggs, lettuce, green peas .
Before going to bed: 1 cup of apple juice, 1 toast.
Snack: 1 small piece of toast, 1 cup of apple juice.
Lunch: 100 grams of cooked meat, 2 boiled potatoes, 4 lettuce leaves
Dinner: 200 grams of boiled fish, 1 hard-boiled eggs, lettuce, green peas .
Before going to bed: 1 cup of apple juice, 1 toast.
Day 3
Breakfast: 1 cup of low-fat milk, 1 piece of toast
Snack: 100 grams of low-fat cheese.
Lunch: 100 g rice, 150 grams of fresh cabbage salad with lemon juice dressing and 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley leaves.
Dinner: 100 g cooked meat, 1 apple, 4 lettuce leaves
Before going to bed: 1 cup of apple juice, 1 small toast.
Snack: 100 grams of low-fat cheese.
Lunch: 100 g rice, 150 grams of fresh cabbage salad with lemon juice dressing and 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley leaves.
Dinner: 100 g cooked meat, 1 apple, 4 lettuce leaves
Before going to bed: 1 cup of apple juice, 1 small toast.
Day 4
Breakfast: 1 cup pineapple juice, 60 g sliced pineapple
Snack: 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 small piece of toast.
Lunch: 100 g of cooked meat, a bit of cheese and one orange.
Dinner: 2 boiled potatoes, 150 grams of salad from fresh grated carrots with a little oil.
Before going to bed: 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 toast.
Snack: 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 small piece of toast.
Lunch: 100 g of cooked meat, a bit of cheese and one orange.
Dinner: 2 boiled potatoes, 150 grams of salad from fresh grated carrots with a little oil.
Before going to bed: 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 toast.
Day 5
Breakfast: 1 cup apple juice and 1 small toast.
Snack: 1 apple, 1 orange.
Lunch: 150 grams of boiled fish, 2 small cooked carrots.
Dinner: 1 plate of vegetable soup (or cream soup with mushrooms or fish soup), a little piece of bread.
Before going to bed: 1 cup of orange juice, 1 small piece of toast.
Snack: 1 apple, 1 orange.

Snack: 150 grams of cooked grated beetroot salad with a little vegetable oil.

Dinner: 100 grams of fried mushrooms, 100 grams of salad of raw vegetables
Before going to bed: 1 cup apple juice, 2 fresh biscuits.
Snack: 150 grams of cooked grated beetroot salad with a little vegetable oil.
Lunch: 1 bowl of soup with vegetables, mushrooms or fish broth, 1 small piece of bread.
Dinner: 100 grams of fried mushrooms, 100 grams of salad of raw vegetables
Before going to bed: 1 cup apple juice, 2 fresh biscuits.
Day 7
Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 handful of raisins
Snack: 1 glass of carrot juice, 1 small piece of toast.
Lunch: 100 g of boiled meat, 100 grams of salad from fresh cabbage, green onions and juice of 1 lemon.
Dinner: 1 dish of vegetables or fish soup with mushrooms, 100 grams of fruit, 4 leaf lettuce.
Before going to bed: 1 cup apple juice, 2 dried figs.
Snack: 1 glass of carrot juice, 1 small piece of toast.
Lunch: 100 g of boiled meat, 100 grams of salad from fresh cabbage, green onions and juice of 1 lemon.
Dinner: 1 dish of vegetables or fish soup with mushrooms, 100 grams of fruit, 4 leaf lettuce.
Before going to bed: 1 cup apple juice, 2 dried figs.
This menu is repeated if necessary, from 2 to 4 weeks – no more than that. Back to “normal” food is achieved primarily by increasing fruits and vegetables and then a slight increase in foods that carry proteins. As you can see, this diet is rich in fruits and vegetables – so there is no deficit in vitamins and minerals. Also, the meals are such that you should not be hungry or to have fluctuations in the level of blood sugar.
