As you may have guessed, I’m still matcha crazy! While my favorite way to drink it is whisking a warm bowl of pure matcha tea every morning (see my Matcha Guide), this creamy smoothie is another amazing way to enjoy it as the temps heat up. We’ve been enjoying these as a mid-day pick-me-up a couple times a week. Banana and matcha are a beautiful pair and this refreshing, energizing, antioxidant-rich smoothie is a perfect summer drink. The best part? It takes less than 5 minutes and only 4-ingredients to make! Cheers to another matcha-filled summer!
