Here are a few tips that will help you lose weight and get a slimmer waist in one week:
A small glass of wine at dinner doesn’t do any harm, but it is very easy to fall into the trap of regular alcohol consumption. For many people there is a direct link between alcohol consumption and weight gain.
Then, it is essential to always have a record of the food you eat and the amount, as well. It is best you write down all the data on a notebook, no matter how inconvenient it may seem so. The notes should include the places where you eat (office, home, watching TV) and the feelings that you have in that very moment (feel guilt when you eat unhealthy, for example). This way you see whether you eat because you’re hungry, or because you’re trying to overcome certain feelings or situations. It sounds difficult, but by doing so you can understand yourself better and you can get over your weaknesses in a healthier manor.
Write and your measures (waist, bust, hips) and how much you weight at that point, so that you enjoy every pound you take down.
Start your day with a glass of hot water with lemon juice, eat 3 meals a day, don’t starve yourself (you will get nowhere by doing so), avoid eating too much salt (it makes you retain water), avoid sugar, eat slowly, chew your food, watch out for the amount of food you eat (eat on small plates and don’t stack the food), eat oatmeal for fibers, yogurt to improve your digestion, drink green tea, eat cucumbers, and DO YOUR ABS DAILY (at least 3 sets of 50).
